TIB HAS MOVED TO MLIMANI CITY
Effective 18 th January 2010 Tanzania Investment Bank Ltd is operating from its new headquarters located at Building No. 3 at Mlimani City Office Park next to Mlimani City Conference Centre and Shopping Mall along Sam Nujoma Road, Dar es Salaam.

The move is an integral part of the transformation of TIB into a national Development Finance Institution (DFI), which requires additional staff, office space and other resources. Along with the existing products and services, from the Mlimani City location, the bank will introduce the following new products and services at the outset:

•  Agriculture Financing Window,
•  Finance Leasing,
•  SME focused lending and related services,
•  Modern branch banking services will also follow soon.

Please note that the present TIB Branch on Samora Avenue will remain operational. Further, TIB's subsidiary company, Rasilimali Ltd, will now be housed on the 3 rd floor of the former TIB headquarters building (CHC Building)
