STOCK BROKING SERVICES
asilimali Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Tanzania Investment Bank Ltd. and a licensed dealing member of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange (DSE). The company provides services to companies and private clients. The main activities of the company are as follows:

Stock Broking: Since the commencement of operations of the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange in 1998, we have been active in the purchase and sale of both, debt and equity securities stocks and shares on behalf of our clients. We should be pleased to provide information about such stocks presently traded on the Exchange and forthcoming new issues.

Government Securities: We are registered with the Bank of Tanzania to buy and sell Treasury Bills and Treasury Bonds on behalf of our clients.
Treasury Bills are issued with maturities of 91, 182 and 364 days and require a minimum investment of TZS 500,000. The bills are issued at a discount to their face value - the full amount (Face value) is payable at maturity.
Treasury Bonds are issued with a maturity of two, five, seven and ten years and require a minimum investment of TZS 1 million. Bonds may be bought at discount, premium or at their face value and earn interest on face value and which is paid every six months.
As an active market participant, we are up to date with the latest market activity and interest rates and are pleased to share this information with our clients.

Other Securities: Rasilimali is authorized to buy and sell on behalf of clients cooperate Bonds that are listed at the Exchange and are pleased to provide current prices on request.
