M/s Wentworth Gas Limited (WGL) is a private limited liability company registered under the Companies decree, Cap. 212 of the laws of Tanzania Government with certificate of change of name number 48773 dated December 2010. The company was incorporated to carry on, engage, deal and invest in the business of natural gas and petroleum development projects including but not limited to exploration, development, manufacturing, production and management of petroleum, natural gas and all its products and by products. The company is currently majoring in oil and gas exploration, development and production under Mnazi Bay Concession area located in Southern part of Tanzania.
